1. Confirmation of the agreement

Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this Agreement (minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read).

2. User qualification

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to access and use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age and need to use the Service, your legal guardian shall read this Agreement with you and obtain its consent. At the same time, we recommend that your legal guardian supervise and guide your use of the App.

3. The Service

3.1 The Service provides comic content services by BISONREADS LLC and its affiliates according to their reasonable business arrangements, including but not limited to authorizing users to read comic content, publish articles, comments, pictures and participate in discussions through their accounts. BISONREADS LLC and its affiliates have the right to upgrade or make other adjustments to the services or products provided by them at any time and shall inform you of the updates in a timely manner.

3.2 BISONREADS LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-subdivided, but revocable, license to access and use the Services as required by this Agreement.

3.3 BISONREADS LLC may charge certain fees for some services when providing services. In the case of charge, BISONREADS LLC will make a clear reminder of charge amount and corresponding service on the related page. If you refuse to pay such fees, you may not use the relevant services. You understand and agree that, based on actual needs, BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform may modify and change the charging standard and method of paid reading service, may convert paid works to free, or may start charging for some free services. Prior to the aforesaid modification, change or charging, BISONREADS LLC comic Platform will notify or announce on the corresponding service page without compensating the paid users. If you do not agree to the above modification, change of the paid content, you should stop using the service.

3.4 In the comic platform BISONREADS LLC, you can recharge your account through certain payment means, including but not limited to wechat, Alipay, etc. You cannot refund after successful recharge. You understand and agree that the virtual currency, credits, card coupons and monthly tickets of BISONREADS LLC comic platform are only used by the comic platform specified by BISONREADS LLC, and that BISONREADS LLC comic platform does not support any form of transaction between users of virtual currency, credits, card coupons and monthly tickets. Does not protect the outcome of any transaction between the Users of the subject matter.

4. Service availability

4.1 BISONREADS LLC has always been adhering to the concept of "consumer first" and "quality service", but it cannot guarantee that all or any of the services are available, in normal operation and without defects at any time. BISONREADS LLC has the right to change, delete, restrict, block access to, or stop the provision of all or any part of the Services at its reasonable consideration and option without notice. In addition, BISONREADS LLC cannot promise that the information you store or obtain through the use of the Service will not be damaged, lost, unavailable or deleted. You understand and warrant that you are responsible for the backup of all and any of your information and documents. You also understand and agree that if you use a different network device to use the Services, any files or information you upload or download may not be available.

 5. Account security

5.1 You should keep your user name and password (" Account Information ") safe and do not share such information with anyone. We recommend that you select a password with a high security level and keep it safe. In order to protect your own rights and interests, you are responsible for the security of your password and should not install illegal or unidentified software. If you provide details of your account and transaction information to a third party, install illegal or unidentified software, or transfer your account to another third party, you shall bear any losses and liabilities arising therefrom.

5.2 When you register as a user of BISONREADS LLC comic platform, you shall use real identity information and personal information, and shall not register with false or fraudulent resident identity information or enterprise information. Do not use the registered user name of affiliated organizations or celebrities. The user name you set shall be legal and compliant, and shall not infringe or be suspected of infringing any legitimate rights and interests of others. If you violate the foregoing provisions, BISONREADS LLC has the right at any time to take such measures as refusing to register, notifies the user of correction within a specified period, cancelling the registered user account, and suspending or terminate your use of the service of BISONREADS LLC comic platform in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and national policies. If you falsely use the name of an account registered by an associated institution or a social celebrity, BISONREADS LLC has the right to cancel your account and report to the competent department of Internet information Content.

5.3 You understand and understand that after the user successfully applies for registration, BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform assigns a platform account to the user. Once the account is set, it cannot be changed. You can browse and modify your registration information at any time. However, for security and identity reasons, you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided during registration.

5.4 BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform staff do not ask users for passwords in any way. If you have lost your password and require BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform staff to provide assistance, you should understand that BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform's services require a reasonable amount of time to deal with the problem, and BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform is not responsible for any consequences that have occurred prior to dealing with this problem. If you find that others have used or stolen your account and password, or any other situation without your legal authorization, you shall immediately notify BISONREADS LLC comic Platform in an effective manner (including but not limited to providing your identity information and relevant identity information, relevant facts and user requirements, etc.). BISONREADS LLC After receiving the valid request from the user and verifying the identity, the comic platform will take corresponding measures according to different circumstances. If the information provided by you is incomplete, BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform cannot verify your identity or judge your needs, etc. As a result, BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform cannot handle it in a timely manner, and you shall bear any losses and responsibilities arising therefrom.

5.5 If you do not use the comic platform service of BISONREADS LLC within any consecutive 90 days after you apply for the service, BISONREADS LLC has the right to take any of the following methods:

（1） Reclaim user nickname;

（2） Recall the user account, or stop providing service for you.

6. Rules of use

6.1 You promise and agree to access and use the Service in a lawful and ethical manner as required by this Agreement. Unless expressly provided in this Agreement or permitted by law, you agree and undertake not to perform any of the following activities:

(1) Delete any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice contained in the Service;

（2) Copy or change all or part of the Service, or allow the Service or any part of it to be merged with or integrated into any other program;

(3) Unauthorized access or attempt to access or damage the Service or any part of the related system or network;

(4) Disassemble, decode or reverse develop the Service or any part thereof, or create derivative works based on the Service or any part thereof, or attempt to engage in similar activities prohibited by applicable law;

(5) Distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, broadcast, disseminate or otherwise use the Service;

(6) Without the prior written permission of BISONREADS LLC, submit all or part of the contents of the Service (including the subject matter and source code) in any form or otherwise provide to any person;

(7) Impersonate, misrepresent or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with a person or entity;

(8) Use the Service (or any part thereof) in any illegal form or in violation of this Agreement for illegal purposes, or commit any fraud or other malicious acts, including but not limited to hacking the Service (or the website linked to the Service) or any operating system or inserting malicious code, including viruses or harmful data into it;

(9) Collect information about users of the Service, or use automated means to access the Service or BISONREADS LLC system, or attempt to decipher any content passed into or extracted from the server running the Service;

(10) Develop, support or use software, equipment, scripts, robots or any other means or process to capture the Service or otherwise copy user information and other data from the Service;

(11) Without the prior written permission of BISONREADS LLC, use the Service for commercial purposes or engage in any illegal business transactions, such as selling arms, drugs, illegal goods, pirated software or other contraband;

(12) Use the Service to publish, transmit, spread or store contents that violate local laws and regulations, or store contents or advertising information or junk information that infringe others' intellectual property rights, business secrets, personal rights and interests and other legal rights.

(13) Asking for others' login information or accessing others' accounts;

(14) violating the "seven bottom lines" of laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, public order, social ethics, and information authenticity;

(15) Any other use of the Service in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with the use permitted herein.

6.2 BISONREADS LLC has the right to review, supervise and deal with your behavior and information using the services of BISONREADS LLC comic platform. Including but not limited to user information (account information, personal information, etc.), published content (text, pictures, etc.), user behavior (relationship building, comments, reports and complaints, etc.). If BISONREADS LLC finds or receives a report or complaint from a third party that you violate the use rules of this Agreement when using the service of BISONREADS LLC comic platform, BISONREADS LLC or its authorized subject has the right to require you, based on its reasonable judgment:

(1) correction within a time limit;

(2) Take all necessary steps directly without notice to mitigate or eliminate the effects of your misconduct, and will notify you as soon as possible after the settlement. The above necessary measures include but are not limited to changing, blocking or deleting relevant contents, warning the illegal account, restricting or prohibiting part or all functions of the illegal account, suspending, terminating or cancelling your right to use the service of BISONREADS LLC comic platform, etc.

(3) If you cause loss to BISONREADS LLC, BISONREADS LLC has the right to claim against you in accordance with Article 11 compensation clause.

7. Information collection and use

7.1 You understand and agree that in order to provide better service and continuously improve service experience, BISONREADS LLC comic Platform will collect certain information for statistics and analysis, including but not limited to: your device information, location information, account information and personal elements information, browsing information, search information, etc. 

7.2 You know, understand and agree to authorize BISONREADS LLC and its affiliates to non-exclusively and sublicensible use of the content published by you through BISONREADS LLC comic Platform, including but not limited to text, pictures, etc. Specifically, they might include:

(1) Put the aforesaid contents in the network platform, application program or product selected by BISONREADS LLC through its own or other third-party technologies and networks, using wired or wireless network. Provide network communication or telecom value-added services in different forms (including but not limited to on-demand, live broadcast, download, etc.) through free or paid means on different terminals (including but not limited to computers, mobile phones, Internet TVS, set-top boxes and other Internet access devices, etc.);

(2) Copy, translate and incorporate the aforementioned contents into the works, media or technologies currently known or later developed by BISONREADS LLC for the development or promotion of relevant purposes;

(3) Authorize the aforementioned content to broadcast and spread to the media or operators cooperating with BISONREADS LLC, such as radio, television, network media, operator platform, etc., for relevant promotion and publicity;

(4) Other BISONREADS LLC and its affiliated companies use it in good faith or otherwise authorized by you.

7.3 You expressly acknowledge and agree that if:

(1) comply with legal procedures or requirements;

(2) To protect the rights, property and security of BISONREADS LLC comic platform and its customers, employees or the public;

（3) Detect, prevent or resolve security, fraud or technical issues (including investigations of any potential violations of the law)

BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform has the right to access, use, save, and disclose your account information and contents. If you encounter any content that is improper or violates the terms of this Agreement or any laws and regulations, you can contact us through the "Feedback" or "Contact Us" published in the BISONREADS LLC Cartoon Service Platform client.You can also send an email to [email protected]Inform us.

8. Products or services provided by third parties

8.1 Some content, components or functions of the Service may be derived from third party materials and links. You understand and accept. BISONREADS LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused or which may result from the services involving or relying on third party information.

9. Disclaimer

9.1 The Service is for your personal use only and shall not be provided to any third party. You agree that BISONREADS LLC and BISONREADS LLC 's affiliates, principals, directors, employees, contractors, agents, third-party payment service providers, partners, licensors and distributors (collectively referred to as "BISONREADS LLC Party") shall not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorized use of the Service.

9.2 BISONREADS LLC shall not provide maintenance or other support services for the Service. The Service may be interrupted, delayed or interfered with for an unknown period of time due to reasons beyond our control. BISONREADS LLC Party shall not be liable for any claim arising out of or in connection with such interruption, delay, interference or similar failure.

9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, BISONREADS LLC shall not be liable for any liability, loss, damage or compensation arising out of your or any other person's inability to access or use the Service for the following reasons:

(1) Party BISONREADS LLC maintains or upgrades the system, resulting in suspension or termination of the Service;

(2) Communication delay or failure of the system or network owned or controlled by party other than BISONREADS LLC;

(3) Suspension, cancellation or termination of any contract or other agreement between BISONREADS LLC Party and any third-party payment service provider;

(4) Errors or interruptions caused by viruses, trojans or other malicious programs, hacker attacks or similar security impacts;

(5) Other reasons beyond the reasonable control of Party BISONREADS LLC;

(6) the completeness, accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any content under or obtained through the Services;

(7) Whether there are defects, errors, viruses, vulnerabilities or other harmful elements in the Service or the server hosting the Service;

(8) Whether the defects in the operation or function of the Service will be corrected;

(9) Warranties relating to specific functions of the Service, or whether any information you obtain when using or accessing the Service is reliable, of high quality or accurate;

(10) Whether the Service is reliable, high quality, accurate, available or able to meet your needs, produce specific results or achieve specific results or outcomes. BISONREADS LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of reliance, use or interpretation, in whole or in part, of the Service or the information obtained by you (or any other person) in accessing and/or using the Service.

(11) BISONREADS LLC The advertising content and promotion business released by the comic Platform in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, you shall judge the authenticity and reliability of the advertising and promotion information and be responsible for your own judgment. You shall be solely liable for any damage or loss you suffer from the purchase or transaction of the advertising or promotional information or from the aforementioned content.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, you will be at your own risk for accessing and using the Service. BISONREADS LLC Party expressly excludes liability, loss or damage, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence) or any other basis, caused by you or any other person:

(1) loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of earnings, loss of data or loss of goodwill;

(2) special, indirect or derivative loss or damage.

The limitations and exclusions in this Agreement shall apply regardless of whether BISONREADS LLC has known or should have been aware of the possibility of such loss.

10.2 Whenever you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Service, your only remedy is to stop accessing and using the Service. Without prejudice to the foregoing limitations, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BISONREADS LLC 's cumulative liability for any claim, action, liability, obligation, damage, loss and cost against you or others shall not exceed the price paid by you for using the Service, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence) or any other basis. You understand and agree that the disclaimers and limitation of liability in this Agreement are fair and reasonable.

11. Compensation

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you shall indemnify BISONREADS LLC against any claim, action or action arising out of or in connection with:

(1) Your content;

(2) Your use of the Service;

(3) You violate any part of this Agreement or the applicable End User License Agreement;

(4) You violate intellectual property rights or any other rights of a third party;

(5) Any person using your account to perform similar acts or violate the above contents.

Including any liability, damages, costs, costs and attorneys' fees arising out of each claim, action or action, including any claim arising out of negligence.

11.2 You warrant and agree to promptly and fully assist any BISONREADS LLC party in defending any of the foregoing claims or demands when reasonably requested. BISONREADS LLC Party has the right to independently defend and control at its own expense the matter of your indemnity.

12. Termination of the Agreement

12.1BISONREADS LLC may change the service content and may interrupt, suspend or terminate the service.

12.2 BISONREADS LLC has the right to interrupt or terminate the Service provided to you without notice if any of the following circumstances occur:

(1) If you violate relevant laws and regulations or provisions of this Agreement, we may hold you liable for breach of contract according to this Agreement after the Agreement is terminated;

(2) in accordance with laws or requirements of competent authorities;

(3) For security reasons or other necessary circumstances.

12.3 Upon termination of your service, BISONREADS LLC may permanently delete your data from the server, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. BISONREADS LLC is under no obligation to return data to you upon termination of the service.

12.4 Upon termination of your Service, you shall not be released from the obligation to pay any fees that are still payable before (including) the termination date, and BISONREADS LLC and any third party shall not be liable for the consequences of your failure to obtain the Service after termination of your Service.

13. Amendments to the Service

13.1BISONREADS LLC has been updating, revising and improving the Service. BISONREADS LLC may add or delete functions or performance of the service, set new restrictions or temporarily or permanently stop providing a service.

13.2 If any amendment to the Service materially affects users or materially restricts access to or use of the Service, we will notify you within a reasonable time prior to the change. However, we may not notify you in advance if the amendment to this Agreement or the Service does not seriously affect users or significantly limit access to or use of the Service. We may not be able to meet the aforementioned time requirements for amendments to the Service to meet safety, legal or regulatory requirements, but we will notify you as soon as possible.

14. Amendment to this Agreement

14.1BISONREADS LLC may at any time amend this Agreement and publish specific terms, codes of conduct or guidelines in effect for the entire Service, part or parts of BISONREADS LLC Comic Platform. The latest version of this Agreement will be posted on the Service. You should check the latest version regularly, as only the latest version is applicable.

14.2 If there is a material amendment affecting your rights or obligations, we will notify you by reasonable means, including through the Service or by mail. For amendments to this Agreement to satisfy safety, legal or regulatory requirements, we may not be able to meet the aforementioned timing requirements, but we will notify you as soon as possible.

14.3 If you continue to use the Service after the Amendment becomes effective, you will be deemed to have accepted the Amendment. If you do not agree to such amendments, you shall immediately stop using the Service to terminate your contractual relationship with BISONREADS LLC. Any amendment, variation or modification made by you to this Agreement shall not be legally binding on BISONREADS LLC.

15. Jurisdiction and application of law

15.1 This Agreement is signed in Gedian Development Zone, Ezhou City, People's Republic of China.

15.2 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and relevant regulations of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict Laws).

15.3 Any dispute or dispute between you and BISONREADS LLC comic platform shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where this Agreement is signed.

15.4 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be repealed, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, it shall be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Please read and understand this Privacy Policy carefully before using our products (or services). This Privacy policy, as part of our User Agreement with you, has the same legal effect.

You undertake to be an adult when you start using this Product (or Service). If you are a minor, you need your guardian to consent to your use of the App and agree to the relevant App Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.

I. Personal information collection

Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify the identity of a particular natural person or reflect the activities of a particular natural person alone or in combination with other information.

Sensitive personal information includes ID card number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, whereabouts, transaction information, and personal information of children under the age of 14.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the product and realize personalized content recommendation, content release, interactive communication, search and query and other core functions, we will collect part of your necessary information;

5. Online problem feedback. In order to achieve online feedback on the service problems of Xiaoming Comic Platform, we need to collect the following information from you: application and device log information, contact information and problem description provided by you, pictures and videos of problem phenomena. The purpose of collecting your contact information is for follow-up visits to see if the problem has been completely resolved, or to contact you for additional information as necessary.

(II) Relevant data accessed from third parties through legal channels or with your authorization.

1. When you use a third-party platform account to log in or bind to BISONREADS LLC comic platform, we will collect nickname, profile picture and other information of the third-party account with your express consent.

2. Information collected by us due to your use of our products or services, such as information posted by other users, may contain some of your information (for example, information related to you in comments, messages, published pictures and audio files).

5. We will not use your personal information to any irrelevant third party without your authorization.
