1. About Our Platform

In this document, "you" or "user" refers to any individual using or accessing our platform's services.

2. Purpose of This Agreement

This agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any related addenda (collectively referred to as "this agreement"), sets forth the terms and conditions for your use of the novel content provided by BisonReads. By continuing to use this platform, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please cease using the platform immediately.

3. Eligibility

Users must meet the legal age requirements in their jurisdiction, typically 18 years or older. If you are underage, you must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before accessing our services.

4. License and Usage

BisonReads grants each user a personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and read the novel content on our platform according to this agreement.

• 5.3 While the user ID is assigned to you, ownership remains with BisonReads. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date registration information. BisonReads is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.
• 5.4 Account credentials must not be transferred, sold, or shared. You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

8. User Conduct

• 8.1 Users must comply with laws and platform rules and are strictly prohibited from the following:
• 8.1.1 Posting content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy, or legal protections;

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. All legal matters or disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Kentucky and within its jurisdiction.
